Poor service, poor customer care, difficulty with ...

Poor service, poor customer care, difficulty with website and no response from their complaint department. Happy to have switched to another provider. What it is interesting is that they call you after you post bad reviews but they do not answer your emails. On the other hand, they are prompt to send you name to the credit collection department even if your invoice due date has not passed. Seems they have got their priorities right....
