For some reason l could not get my claim to go thru with email. I called to see if there was a computer problem. The young lady that answered the phone told me to go ahead and email it to her and she would take it over to the claims department. Excellent customer service. I got my check last week. Very pleased with PetFirst, their coverage and their filing application.
