I happen to go to Palermo periodically for work and for me now this hotel has become the only choice.
Classic "De Charme" impact very far from my usual preference for ultra-modern comfort that I generally look for in hotels but, as often happens, people make the difference.
Here the proverbial Sicilian kindness is natural and never taken for granted: as soon as you get out of the taxi a nice attendant in livery comes to take your suitcase even if it is not particularly heavy.
Sincere gratitude to Davide at the reception who did not skimp on directions and drawings of maps to help me with patience, understanding and kindness to reach the places where I needed to go.
Admiration for Davide at breakfast who already remembered what he had to serve me on the second day and with a familiar smile he made me start the day well every morning.
In short, two Davide who already alone win any Goliath of the competition over the rest of the service which is still of a level.
