I came down from Boise to buy a 2013 Toyota Tacoma back in March. Prior to coming down from Boise i had haggled back and forth with one of the sales managers, Dave (bald guy, not sure of his last name). He seemed really friendly, one of the reasons i decided to do business there. We finally agreed on a price and we also agreed on a year of maintenance as well. So that was that and i went down to pick up the truck, met Dave down there, but Mark was my salesmen (super nice guy, very helpful). I added on a warranty which i later canceled because it was about 3 times as much as i was told it was. Later on i went to Larry Miller in Boise for an oil change. I was told i didn't have a maintenance plan so i ended up paying 45$ for something i would have just done myself. I called up Dave, he said "Oh yeah ill get that fixed for you, thats weird." The next day he he texted me and said "Ya hate to say it but it was canceled so there isn't any way for us to go back and reinstate the plan. You can still buy them and its a way better deal than paying each time. But long story short, theres no way to reinstate it. Sorry, does that make sense?"
I told him no that makes absolutely no sense, i don't understand how the maintenance plan and my canceled warranty are related at all. And he stopped responding to me. So, I ended up getting screwed.
