I have loved their coffee for decades. Rather disappointed today when, having spent more on shipping than the cost of 1lb of chocolate covered expresso beans, they arrived as a melted slab of chocolate. Their response when I called to ask about UPS was, we normally don't ship that stuff during the summer.... Thanks for warning me!
