I went to work for them right after my husband got laid off. They had a job for me the next day. They were great and continued to call me even after he went back to work. I was staying home with my oldest son so I had no desire to work once he was working again. I've considered going back to them once my kids are all older. I had a great professional relationship with them. I was able to work at some very nice places for the month or so I worked with them. This was some time ago, in 2004, however I can't imagine it's gotten as bad as what other people are saying. I currently have no affiliation with Boly Welch and don't work in the recruiting office.
