First of all, I called ahead and asked about 2 specific cars I had seen on CarGuru. I made an appointment 3 hours in advance with Dennis, and was told the BMW and Range Rover would be pulled up front for me. I showed up on time, apparently Dennis was not available to work with me, nor were the cars pulled up front as promised. I waited for 30 minutes before another salesman helped me. Another 20 minues later and the Range Rover showed up. It was trashed. Gum on the floor, trash in the back seat, just dirty, it obviously hadnt been detailed and shouldn't be made available to sell (imho). We drove around to the BMW, which was fine, took it out for a test drive and all was well. Overall, they have a decent selection of cars but customer service sucks. Due to the poor customer service, I won't be shopping at Jim Ellis Chevrolet in the futute.
