Juan Vargas was incredible to deal with. I had a two year battle with AC losing it's Freon. He worked hard to make sure the tech came back with a solution. The part was not in stock and took a month to get. He set me up with a 2017 CX-5 that I ended up driving for 2.5 months because of the technician strike. He kept me informed along the way.
