I put together a high-end desktop (latest specs), and the experience was incredible. There is always someone available to help and answer questions (even on weekends!), be it either via the web chat, or phone. Everyone I spoke with was very relaxed and knowledgeable and a big thank you to Justin Kramer and Brayden Day for going above and beyond, and making my experience as seamless and pain-free as possible. I paid for the rush service which guarantees 3-day build, and they were right on time, which is incredible given they are the only PC maker that can build these high-quality PCs so quickly at competitive prices, and this, in the middle of this global pandemic. I even had a custom GPU order and they were not only willing to accommodate the request, they also upgraded shipping to overnight to avoid longer delays. When the system arrived, it was professionally packed, looked incredible, and everything worked right out of the box. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the system and the professional service received. Highly recommended, I'm definitely coming back here when it's time to upgrade
