After leaving my initial 1 star review due to some issues with the finance manager and the loan that I was given, the sales manager reached out to me and made things right. I appreciated the level of customer support and Prestige Toyota's commitment to customer satisfaction. I am happy with the car and the sales rep Hermes was a good guy to work with throughout the process.
