After making an appointment to get some recall work done on my truck, I watched my vehicle sit motionless for a half hour after the scheduled appointment time before it was moved to a bay. The completion time quoted to me over the phone when I scheduled the work was off by a factor of almost 50% and to top it off, the "customer service" at the parts counter was comparable to sticking my hand in a running blender.
