My mother was admitted 10 days ago to Neuro Trauma...

My mother was admitted 10 days ago to Neuro Trauma ICU ,very very very sick.This hospital literally saved her life.She spent 6 days in the Neuro Trauma ICU,then a few in the 3rd floor ICU and now she is getting ready to begin Rehabilitation.There was one Dr.who was like Dr.House and figured out exactly what was going on.All the doctors and Nurses worked exceptionally hard helping my mother.They are all amazing.The doctors on staff at this hospital are hard working and brilliant.The ICU nurses on both 4th and 3rd floors went above and beyond their call of duty and not only helped my mother but my family as well through a difficult time such as writing down all the different doctor's names and specialties because there were many,we were scared, stressed,tired and it was very confusing.Tracking down a social worker I was talking to on the phone when I lost my signal and had a nervous break down,finding a lost disc we brought in with medical images on it, giving us moral support,hugs,explaining everything they were doing, why they were doing it and so very much more I love each and every one of you and I know when my mom can walk again she will come up and thank you too because I told her about you all...The nurses she does remember she said were all wonderful but there were some she does not remember because she was not conscious.I remember coming up behind one of the nurses and seeing her rubbing my mothers head and talking sweetly to her.She didnt know I was there and it touched me so deeply that I literally welled up.The surgeon who worked on my mother was also amazing and comforting.My mother was treated with nothing but care and compassion every step of the way.Every single doctor and nurse we encountered at this facility were superb.This hospital is a magical place and the work you all do does not go unnoticed .Thank you all at Genesys for giving us a true Christmas Miracle by healing my mother!
