Horrible customer service and they basically stole...

Horrible customer service and they basically stole from me. I ordered two items online. They showed the price. I clicked to purchase, but the order confirmation only showed one item. I had to place another order for the missing item, but they ended up charging extra fees. Bait and switch. They won't fix the extra fees and they make up some new reason they don't want to fix their error every time I try to contact them. The last time they said they had to ship from different stores and that's why they charged extra, but if that were the case from the start, they should have said so upfront.
