The customer service received was off putting. Zero concern for your issues. Promises of management calling you back to resolve an issue, and there was no phone call. A response to why my card may have been charged was: maybe a friend of yours used your card, that happens a lot SMH. Wrote a detailed email the following day to address my concerns, seeing as though there was zero follow up & finally received a phone call-the young lady was pleasant on the phone, but the issue is still not resolved. Was so exhausted from explaining the issue, I just folded.. My initial interaction with the young lady at the desk : she seemed to understand, but wanted a manager to break it down bc it became a little confusing. It just seemed like nobody really wanted to dive into the issue and figure it out. They resorted to what the surface answer was.. which was why, I raised concern in the first place. SMH. Will not be a choice to stay in the future. Thanks to those that tried to help.
