I was in a lot of pain from my job, and Todd did a great job at finding what was wrong and helping work it out from the neck down! The whole place had a very professional feeling, and yet I was treated warmly throughout the entire appointment like I was a client who was there every week, instead of a new client crawling in because I waited too long to book a massage and was slightly grumpy because of a headache. :)
