From all the good reviews, I decided to take my car here for a engine replacement. Let me tell you this dealership is not as nice as it looks. When I dropped my car off to get checked out by a gentleman named John Taladega, who sounded like he knew his stuff, my engine replacement was later denied (which should have been covered under warranty) and to top things off my front end of my car was scratched which he denied the dealership did. I then had to show him photos I had recently taken on my phone that I took when the car was on the flatbed tow-truck on the way over to the dealership. He tried telling me the wind blew off my plate. Now that I'm over there paying for the engine myself, which totals out to be over 5 grand, mind you I have never had a worse experience in my life. This lady Miriam McReady who is the service manager over there has no customer service what so ever. When I was about to drop off my car I asked what was needed for it so I could buy some parts to make it a little bit cheaper. She assured me that all I needed was coolant, oil, and oil filter. Maybe a water pump seal which I didn't mind buying directly from the dealership. A few days later I get a call from her in a rude manner asking where are the spark plugs? I told her that she did not tell me that I would need spark plugs. She said no that I was a liar and she did tell me. Why would I only buy half of the parts? Then telling me that a Mazda OEM spark plug was 70$ for a leading and 60$ for a trailing. Also assuring me that my coils were good and that would be the last thing I would have to buy. Me being so shocked that these spark plugs are worth more then gold I called Autozone and was able to buy OEM factory spark plugs for 300% cheaper (Autozone charged $20 for the same plug), I was amazed by the mark up. After work the following day I ran them over and dropped them off promptly. The next day I was told that my air solenoid was broken and only one coil was working. I assured them that both the air solenoid and the coils (which were replaced less than 10,000 miles ago) were working when they went in. For me to be considered for a engine replacement months ago I had all these test ran to make sure it was the engine that was broken and only the engine was showing to have an issue, no other parts! So for these two other parts to be broken AFTER these test were ran and not come up in my original diagnosis sheet it is CLEARLY not my fault and am very suspicious of the dealership breaking these two parts while inserting the engine. The car was taken from the dealership then brought to my garage then brought directly back to the dealership on a flatbed tow-truck with very careful instruction and supervision. They are telling me these parts are now another 900$ fix. This is ridiculous this is not the first time they denied damage and now they are trying to get me to pay for it once again along with denying having any involvement in breaking any parts. I will not recommend anyone to come to this dealership they will break parts and not own up to it. People at this dealership are a bunch of crooks and furthermore I will never buy a Mazda nor go to this dealership ever again for service. BEWARE!!!!!!
