The first experience I had was looking at a pre-ow...

The first experience I had was looking at a pre-owned truck that they had listed online. When I got to the dealership they explained it had sold but the listing was not updated. Skip ahead a month the same truck was still listed, I called and was at least spared wasting my time as they explained it was sold.
I looked for a few more weeks when I found another truck they had listed. I called on Friday and was told they had the truck, I spoke with them multiple times on Saturday working out trade value of my vehicle. Then when they met my minimum told them I was on my way to look at the truck in person. I arrived to find that they had sold the vehicle the "day prior." When questioned why the salesman would specify the vehicle I was looking at on the phone each time the response was they don't have access to the inventory. They did have another truck that we were interested in based off of their internet price. They told me the price on that truck was nearly 4k more than what the ad said. I verified the ad with the and they said the ad had a wrong price.
This dealership is the king of bait and switch. Another reason why the Tallahassee Jeep Club and the Capital City Jeep club recommend members drive to Thomasville or Valdosta, anywhere but Tallahassee.
