The only thing that gets it another star is how hard my salesperson and finance manager were working for me. I can t say enough good things about them. What sealed me walking away was a customer care manager patronizing my wife and I, and then reacting the same way my 13 year old reacts when I tell him what I feel like he s doing wrong: Defensively and hostile. No one wants to be told how to do their job, I get that. But to dismiss a customers concerns with no more than a shrug and an Oh well ? That is, in a word, unacceptable.
