Reviews of the Friday lobster / champagne evening at the Carlton restaurant:

Already tested during a lunch at the very beginning of 2008, I am still as enthusiastic about the refinement and the quality of the cuisine, the finesse of the presentation and the service, both subtle and warm.
Working in the luxury hotel industry, I can only praise the unwavering quality at the Carlton and recommend the restaurant, but also the bar (special mention to the cinnamon hot chocolate)
