Very bad experience as a candidate.
I spent 6 interviews plus 2 or 3 more informal phone calls, all spread over 2 and a half months, each time with very positive feedback. The last round of interviews required a trip of 800 km at my expense. A week after that, it is announced to me, courageously by email, that the opening of the post is finally postponed to next year. It would have been wise to decide BEFORE I lost my money and so much time; and do not make me believe that nobody suspected this issue a week ago.
This kind of disrespectful practice has no place anywhere in the world of work.
