My husband and I recently visited World Toyota. We had done our research and knew what we wanted prior to arriving. Expecting the dreaded pushy sales person and Sales Manager to beat us up we entered the facility and met Mike our salesman. We have bought numerous new cars over the years, but never had such an enjoyable experience!
We got the car we wanted with all the bells and whistles we hoped for at the price we felt was fair. We weren't beat up on our trade and met upper management with a smile and thanking us for our business making certain we had a pleasent experience.
Jim in finance was a pleasure as he closed the deal with a great sense of humor and didn't try to sell us anything additional we didn't want.
I can't recommend this dealership highly enough. We have never been in a sales department with such professional people that actually enjoyed their jobs! Everyone (customers and employees) were happy!
Love Toyota's and World Toyota has earned our business. We even drove from Florida after hearing someone recommend them! Well worth the drive!
