I am also surprised by the negative responses on here. I was put in touch with Boly:Welch with relatively little admin experience, and they were able to help groom me into entry level at not one but two temporary positions at law firms, which were followed by a 3rd temporary assignment that turned permanent. I love the law firm that I'm at now, and I've been here two years, and have had nothing but great experiences with all of the personnel at B:W.

People should understand that NO recruiting agency can be your 'only' lead when you are job searching, and B:W cannot guarantee jobs for all of their candidates. The job market simply doesn't support that. Sometimes, I was weeks or months between assignments, but during that time I was out sending resumes.
