I don't like the billing process so I decided to unsubscribe. I wish I knew how hard it was to cut this off! I've called many times to cancel and been on hold for at least 30 mins- hour EVERY TIME! It is a trap! I feel like with everyone else having the same difficulties cancelling they have made it this way on purpose to keep people! Get it together please!
