When I purchased my Avalon I had an inspection done on it because it was pre owned. Each time I go to Keith Pearson Toyota to get my old change I receive a different report telling me what's wrong with my car or what's not wrong with my car. My car was purchased as apprete own Avalon less than one year ago. When I Purchased the car, I took it to another Toyota dealership to have a full diagnostics done on it to make sure that I was not purchasing a Lemon. The dealership told me I had a great working Avalon and that it was well kept with nothing wrong with it. However every time I go to Keith Pearson Toyota they are trying to find something wrong with the car to get me to invest in more labor and parts with them. Whenever I leave they give me a paper that has what observations they made about my car in the repairs that they suggest. It's never the same. This proves that these people are just looking for something wrong because I only drive the car to work and it's been less than a year that of all day. There is nothing wrong with my car other then I need my scheduled old changes which I've been getting. The service guy named Beau lief to me already before telling me that my car requires its synthetic oil. I actually googled it and it says that it did not require synthetic oil. My all change cost nearly $70 because he said I need a synthetic oil. Whereas I could have had a basic old change for a possibly $35 - $38. I'm sick of their LIES...
