I've gone a few times with friends and family. Each time, my pastrami was stringy and fatty (Not slow cooked fatty which is what you want) and the service was disappointingly slow. I suppose it's unfair to compare Kenny and Zuke's to NY or LA deli but any meat sandwich that uses fatty cuts should be a lot slower cooked and have no tough stringy fat. The waitstaff was slow to take our orders (~15 min), each on a very low traffic day.
