This morning, I visited this place with my parents and the service was so bad. The salesperson, who didn't even introduce himself, was extremely rude. We wanted to purchase the 2017 RAV4 and were trying to negotiate a price. Instead of doing so or asking his manager if a lower price was agreeable, HE JUST SUGGESTED A DIFFERENT CAR. If we went in wanting a specific car, why would you suggest something different just like that?? Terrible service today...
