I was a bit panicky when I received my first speeding ticket in 20+ years while driving a rental car. I didn t intend to be pushing almost 20mph over the limit.... that s pretty expensive in Virginia not to mention the points and insurance increase etc... Mr Joynes was so helpful calming me down and instructed me to take an online defensive driving course before court. He was able to get my ticket reduced to the minimum charge! I m so grateful I won t have points and insurance increase haunting me for years. THANK YOU!!!
