Serena is so patient and has a smile that will light up a dark room. Serena was knowledgeable about 14k gold rings and her knowledge helped to ensure my repair would be completed without any mistakes. Mike (the guy with the golden hands) made the repair the repair shop is in the jewelry shop so I knew my ring wouldn t be shipped off to an unknown place did an amazing job! He even completed the job 5 days sooner than I expected! My wedding ring turned out better then ever!
