Booked a room with 2 double beds for 4 nights as o...

Booked a room with 2 double beds for 4 nights as our daughter was having heart surgery at SickKids. Our rooms hot water was not working, which we kind of needed to make sure we were clean going to and from the hospital.
The man at the front desk immediately upgraded us to a suite on the top floor for our troubles.
We forgot to catch his name but he was awesome. Was great talking to my kids & really friendly.
