Hotel service was polite and helpful. Hotel is located in a sketchy part of town, and the on site parking garage didn't feel as secure as I would prefer. Room was adequate, clean but hasn't been updated in a very long time. Hot water was quick and abundant. Not much noise from adjacent rooms. Very close to transit hub and Tacoma Dome, not a good walk to downtown/UW Tacoma.
