I looked at hotels and picked the Mondrian because the pool looked awesome. NOWHERE on their website did they say that the pool is enclosed in winter. Such a fraudulent misrepresentation of the amenities is ridiculous. The service was mediocre and the staff was snobby. I called the front desk and it took 15 minutes to reach a human being. No one was in sight when we couldn t get an Uber when we needed to check out and wanted to call a cab. They jacked up the prices All Star Weekend (which I wasn t there for) and we certainly felt ripped off. Check their website yourself ALL the pics of their beautiful pool and not even an *seasonal ANYWHERE. It was 70 degrees in February and every other hotel around had open pools but we couldn t switch hotels because of how busy it was.

False advertising is the use of misleading, false, or unproven information to advertise products to consumers or advertising that does not disclose its source. ... A false advertisement can further be classified as deceptive if the advertiser deliberately misleads the consumer, as opposed to making an honest mistake...They are guilty of false advertising and their canned response with today s weather report is not responsive. I am planning to contact the appropriate agencies. They need to stop misleading their guests. They have known this was an issue with disappointed guests who did not get what they paid for and have not added any verbiage or clarity about the pool only being open seasonally
