I am very pleased with my most recent visit to Honda of Hayward. I arrived at my appointed time and was met with Shaun, my service advisor who explained the process and gave me all my options. He was very courteous and assured me that my car would be taken care of quickly but expertly. This was the best experience I've had in a long time and I intend to continue coming to Honda of Hayward for all my car needs. Thank you!
