I can honestly say...I am super surprised by what some people are writing in their reviews about this organization. I have been both a candidate and a client over the last 7 or so years and can't say enough fantastic things about this company.

That all being said, they are not like other staffing agencies, they aren't just going to take anyone with a pulse and plop you into a position to fill a seat...you better know your stuff and be able to prove it time and time again.

The recruiters are very helpful, honest (sometimes to a fault) and willing to work with truly qualified candidates. I am now using them to find my replacement at my current job and the candidates they have sent over are nothing short of spectacular (which makes my job SUPER hard right now as I try to decide who to pick).

I will continue to use B:W...not only for my own personal job searches but I will refer them to anyone I know to be looking. Thank you B:W peeps (Diane, Pat, Heather, Cory)...for many MANY years of exceptional support!
