My sales person was Eddie Thomas and while he is an amazing person and a terrific salesman I got the worse customer service after buying the car. I got a 2007 Honda Element and the windshield needed to be replaced. I was told the dealership will run with half the cost of it due to my best friend referring me to Billion after purchasing three cars with them.
I ended up covering the whole cost of the windshield, which had to be replaced twice because the first one was scratched. I asked if they could look into a fault the vehicle had. It shut off twice on me and it was difficult to crank. I figured it was the battery because of the cold weather. They did not check anything. The battery was charged but that was it. I had to replace the starter on the truck before even making my first payment which was highly upsetting specially after I have told them having the vehicle just for three days.
I was told the battery was charged as an Act of good faith and they didn t have to do anything else to my truck. As soon as I signed for it I was left with it. Careful when you buy from them...
