Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with...

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. During the time that I had my loan there were MULTIPLE times where the company magically had a problem processing the payments that I called in (causing fees to accrue). I repeatedly would call in with questions and when the representatives were presented with questions that they could not answer, the phones disconnected and I had to call in again.
Lastly, I have had my loan paid off for over a month and my credit report is still showing my balance from February. I have received the pay off letter and yet it's still reflecting and affecting my score over a month later.

This company is detestable and I would not recommend them to anyone. The reps are hit and miss (some were exceedingly pleasant and were great to deal with, but it was more of a surprise than a standard). Multiple payment issues, and a complete lack of clarity when detailed questions were answered. Now I've still got these people on my credit report over a month after they have been paid, with no reporting whatsoever showing since February of this year. There is no excuse for this.

Use another loan service if you must turn to a title loan. This particular company is a nightmare to deal with.
