My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Subaru WRX STI from Land Rover Roaring Fork and can't say enough about the professionalism and overall attention paid to our sales experience. Although the STI would not be considered "their typical inventory" our salesman, Robert Penland, was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to perform the required research to answer all the questions we had on the vehicle. This was of the utmost importance as we were traveling from Boulder all the way to Glenwood Springs to purchase the vehicle. Bob not only addressed any questions we had but also took the time to properly photo any small damage he could find so we knew exactly what we were getting into before deciding to make the 6 hour round trip for the vehicle.

Both Robert and the finance manager Dave Toro, opened the dealership early on a Saturday to accommodate the scheduling constraints my wife and I had. This was just another example of how they were able to go above and beyond to make sure our experience was one of ease. Mr Toro handled our financing with promptness and professionalism clearly explaining what each of the documents we signed meant in both legal and layman's terms. Prior experience with buying vehicles at dealerships made us think it was going to be a multi-hour ordeal but we were pleasantly surprised that after deciding to purchase the vehicle we were finished and on the road in just under an hour!
