The resort is very well structured that provides an internal adventure in the resort. The employees are very respectful and helpful but not 100% clean. Rooms smell musty and it is notorious to find bad maintenance marks on the property. On the other hand, the transfer of the airport is very important! it's the worst. They do not have any type of communication between the resort and the transport, it is only to wait for the skill of the passengers and the desire to complete their vacations and in some way they will arrive at the resort so many hours later. Much more serious if you do not master English or Spanish. Something extremely has to consider it! Since arriving at the airport you are approached by many vendors to offer your services and it is very confusing, even for people who speak English and Spanish.
