A zero star is what I really want to give LG, "life is NOT good at Lg" it should be life sucks at LG,have a G5 phone had problems 2 months after I bought it,sent it out 4 times for repairs,works fine for 2 months and same problems kept coming back. finally they sent a replacement/refurbished phone which was defective right out of the box! sent the new replacement out for repair 3 times now.they just cant fix it right,this has been going on since June2018...now is oct2018...phone is still with LG-sent to attention Frank Song (another " senior supervisor " ), i keep calling them, they bounce me around from one supervisor to another then to a senior executive supervisor(where I have to repeat myself over and over which is frustrating)...they all say the same thing I will call you back today/or email you with an update. yet no calls or emails.
