My wife and I began the research of replacing her 05 4runner to a 17 model back in the fall. I reached out to Keith Pierson Toyota and was contacted by Daniel Brower. Daniel was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions including that the 17 would come out in January. He suggested that we come out one month prior to purchasing for test driving and seeing the dealership amenities. We met with Lionel Mann in early February and explained to him that we were here to test drive and that we would not be purchasing until March. Lionel was personable, friendly, and highly knowledgeable on all aspects of the 4runner. He gave us our space and did not repeatedly hassle us on the phone. A few weeks later we were ready to make our purchase and he made the transaction seamless. Furthermore, we noticed some scratches on the paint and the glass and Tom Chilar setup an appointment for the weekend to address those issues in addition to getting our accessories installed. Lionel called us two days in a row after the purchase to ask if he could answer any more questions or if we had any concerns. Everyone we came into contact with during that week were friendly and pleasant. It is nice to work with a dealership that is respectful and does not pressure you. Most of all, it is nice that we were treated well at all times and not just leading up to making a transaction. I look forward to servicing our car and buying again in the future.
