I highly recommend Mr.Paul Catlin. He is very helpful! He answered every question I asked, including the ones I would call dumb questions. He is easy to communicate with, and he responds to your messages within a couple of hours (at most). He is such a good resource for first time homebuyers. I just purchased my first home, and that process would have been far more difficult without his help!
