I loved is very good. I wonder why don't open another store closed to Brickell? Is to far away.
Even though the visit was a good bye/turning in equipment.... "THIS IS NIIIIIICE" in my Tiffany Haddish voice. There was a bit of wait but I didn't mind it. I hope the phone agents level up and have the same service standards as you all in this flagship location. Ciao

In the midst of an hour and half wait to drop off one box. I owe no money, why they can't just take the box makes no sense.
From the time the security guard open the door throughout the customer service everything went very nice.
I finally cut the cord. The people in the store were super nice and helpful and tried to help the best that they could. Unfortunately corporate comcast drove me away with their unwillingness to work with me after being a paying customer for 20 + years.

The customer service is terrible, I changed my address and I have tried to communicate and they do not answer, I have not been able to see the invoice online because my number is no longer associated with their account, there is never an advisor to talk to, it always has to be Through a telemarketer who never communicated with a specialized agent to solve the problem.
This company is horrible. I attempted to retain their services for about a month. During that time, I never had internet. My router never worked. I had two technicians come and neither of them were able to help. Yet I am still being charged for them coming. I also am being charged for terminating service... WHICH I NEVER HAD. At best I had a spotty xfinity wifi hotspot, but that did not even work well enough for my purposes.
This store is a bunch of crooks. I returned my equipment I signed for them and left. Now Xfinity is saying I did not return equipment and is charging me for the equipment and a additional month of service I never used because they never canceled my service. Please make sure to keep a receipt and take a picture of it and the reps that help you, that way they won t try to rob you.
Went a few months ago to return their router and the staff was very friendly and professional
Xfinity has internet, cable, home phone, devices, home security and mobile phone services. The day i stopped my wifi service and paid for the mobile phone services, things went south. I don't like the fact that Because I do not have any of the major services that I listed above I am treated like a second rate customer. There is no way to get a new phone or get an upgrade with the mobile company. When you have Wi-Fi or cable and the mobile service you get a discount. The discount is automatically taken away when you do not have any of the major services and just a mobile service. You don't have access to your account anymore they treat you like you don't have an account with them they will re direct you to sign up for their other services every chance they get.I like my phone I feel like I should be able to get a new phone whenever I want without having to be forced into paying for services I don't need. In conclusion this is not a regular phone company. If you Want to get stuck with paying a $110 a month for unlimited phone service go ahead.
Excellent service and staff. I was fortunate to be serviced by KYB. She offered and explained the difference in TV equipment boxes, thanks! This will be my "go to" store from now on.

I came here to drop off a DVR box and make a minor service change. The experience here was the exact opposite of the phone experience. I would always come here in the future if I needed to make any changes to my account. Staff were friendly and smiled. Feels like the opposite of the adversarial experience you get on the phone.
Always pumping the prices, everytime I go there to make changes I feel ripped off and the clerks are usually are talking between them and do not like to help out their customers.
Horrible I have over 40 minutes standing outside in the sun. Taking the store space to store social space. Besides the employees are very inattentive. Very disappointed that they care nothing about the physical quality of the user

I do not understand why my internet stops working every day at 8pm and it's only back in the morning. I need her to work. we changed the router and still it continues ... the attendant said that I need to pay 70 dollars for a technician. I refuse to pay for a mistake I did not make!

First of all, Brandon was very helpful to me during my visit today. Working with him was smooth and easy despite me coming in with a problem. So Comcast should give him a raise. Lol Anyway, this is my Xfinity store of choice. The store is nice, has free parking in the back, which is great for the midtown area. The staff are friendly and polite.
Xfinity Store by Comcast is fantastic. Eric was on time and super helpful in setting up our service. This is the most reliable internet service I've ever had, not to mention affordable. This is such a relief after dealing with Comcast for years.
They have no idea how to treat clients. They took my info to get service only to tell me that they do not service building yet?
Very nice the store but I went to solve a problem with my account and in the end I was left without service because there was no human way that could me. Prioritizing people who open new accounts and their fixed customers do not give them options, very bad that.
If I could I would give this place 0 star!!! Worst customer service I have experienced in my entire life!! They don t smile , don t let you even talk. I felt like a kid doing something wrong. Finally the lady let us along in the chair and we didn t know if we have finished, when she come back said We are over I told you you can leave Just get out of this place they don t deserve a penny !!!

It was like 3 or 4 people in there a lady ask me do I need help I told her no I was here to pay a bill very respectful and also there was no line at the self pay machine I will be paying my cable bill here.

I just had the worst experience in customer service history and I've been a customer since 2010. Here's what happened and you judge whether I was treated fairly: I just moved to new apartment in Miami, and after calling several service providers, I decided to go with Xfinity based on trust and the fact that they offered what I needed. I'm a photographer and need to upload and download a ton of Data with good speed and after speaking to an incredibly nice sales person I decided to go with Xfinity.
I was pretty happy with the internet speed until I received an email saying that I had reached my data limit of 1 terabyte. So I called customer service to clarify and it was determined that What they sold me, unlimited data, was actually not true and there is a limit. "but don't worry, we'll figure it out cause you're a loyal customer". Fast forward to endless calls, and no one being able to help me IN ADDITION to charging me a cancelation fee because it isn't possible to use their plan, I can tell you that Comcast absolutely sucks.
It was so bad that after being transferred many times it was determined I need to speak to a manager, which then I was transferred to an answering machine. I called again, and communicated my frustration only yo be transferred to an answering machine once again! I called a third time and was soooo frustrated, the very nice lady assured me that I will now speak to a person, but wait you guessed it right, again an answering machine! I called a fourth time and another nice lady now informs me that they actually don't have managers on location and that they will call me back. I left 4 messages, countless calls and no one ever called me back.
They are charging me $120 cancelation fee for something that isn't my fault. And it's so obvious but no one at comcast has the ability to make a decision. Will never choose their service again and neither should you.
