In May 2018 I bought an OLED TV. For eight months the lip sync did not work properly, not to mention other sound problems. I spent about 10 hours in total with their Phillippine customer "service" department. without any luck . Their Toronto contact system is strange to say the least. Several incompetent technicians eventually came to the house with little success.
GOOD NEWS: On January 29 2019, a wise old technician by the name of Majid Markous came and fixed the problem by means of a software update. Blessings upon Majid.
I will never buy another LG product. I have had very good success with Samsung.
