Absolutely terrible experience. Horrible crowd control, rude staff, and very confusing overall. When we got in it was very confusing as to what we should do. We eventually had to stand in a line for 45 minutes to stand and watch a film. After that we went to the Orbit Cafe where I got a burnt peice of pizza, I went up to an employee and asked for another peice. He gave me ANOTHER burnt peice of pizza and said "sorry do you want a cookie?". Another horrible part to this place is that they have absolutely terrible crowd control and not enough bathrooms. We had to wait in line for the busses for an hour which was insane because we were here on a rainy Wednesday. I cannot imagine how terrible it is on a weekend. There was a line for the bathroom outside of the doors because there are only 3 stalls per 100 people! Absolutely ridiculous. They can build a rocket but not more bathrooms. C'mon.
