I had the pleasure of working with Sally Williams, and I cannot possibly say enough good things about her, or my experience with Boly:Welch in general. I had never worked with an employment agency before, and had no idea what to expect, but from the second I sat down with Sally, I felt like a weight had been lifted. In contrast to the stiff, impersonal interviews I was used to, my meeting with her felt like I was talking to a good friend--someone who understood what I wanted, and truly cared about helping me. For the first time since I had begun my job search, I felt encouraged and optimistic, knowing I had someone in my corner who was rooting for me, and actively working to help me succeed.
In the end, not only did Sally help me break out of my old industry, but she guided me into an absolute DREAM job--one that I probably would never have found, let alone had the courage to pursue on my own. I have never been happier in my career, and legitimately feel excited to go to work now...and I have Sally and Boly:Welch to thank for it!
