We recently contracted with U.S. Waterproofing to address a drainage problem at our home. We had six gutters which funneled water away from our home by draining into underground Core-X tubes. All the Core-X tubes became blocked over time necessitating retrenching new underground lines with PVC piping.

We were first visited by Scott Politowicz who explained our problem and outline several solutions. He was followed by Phil Ortiz and Dan to determine the best choice of the options presented.

The crew that arrived to perform the work were both hard-working and courteous. The did an excellent job with the retrenching and installation of the new PVC lines. They carefully reattached the downspouts and added debris filters. Additional work included drilling through a concrete slab to properly insert one of the new PVC lines under our porch slab, installing a surface drain and adding bubbler pots. All the work was completed in a professional manner - and we were advised in an ongoing fashion throughout the process. At the conclusion of work, everthing was left in a clean, presentable way.

We could not be happier with the service performed and we would certainly recommend this company to any friends, family or neighbors who require work of this type.
