I took my 6 month old CX5 in for it's first "check up" yesterday. Juan Vargas met me with a smile at 8 am. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and is a good listener. He kept me up to date with the price of a part I need and how my tune up was going. My car was ready to roll in a fairly short amount of time. He even offered me a ride from the Mazda staff.
I was pleased when I bought my CX-5 last winter--Lisa and Kissy Freeman were great sales people--- and have had no regrets. Getting good service only makes the experience better. Sheila Hirsh
