If I could give a negative star I would!!!! I am in the ER with my Friend for the fourth time in a month for a simple procedure and a unheard of mistake on the part of the Doctor at this Hospital that turned into a deadly infection for her! They keep releasing her only for her to return even more sick then she was before! Nursing staff is unbelievably rude and violate patients rights! I am sitting listening to the Doctors and Nurses laughing and joking violate HIPPA as I write this! I went to patient relations and for a minute I thought she was on my friends side the last visit she was here , but when I called her to tell her we are in the ER the day after she was released she was defending the hospital! I m still waiting on a Nurse to help my friend. They have absolutely zero bedside manner so they dismiss her and give her the biggest attitude! THIS IS THE WORST HOSPITAL IN MICHIGAN!
