I am new to the SLC area and needed service for my 2005 Toyota Camry. All I knew about Larry H Miller Toyota was seeing the dealership as I was driving on State Street. My Camry needed a 100,000 mile service and the brakes didn't seem quite right so I thought I'd give Miller Toyota a try. I was skeptical because whenever I asked a mechanic to check something out on my car in the past, not only did they say I definitely needed whatever I was asking about but had several other things that needed to be done right away. (Let me say that I am very good at taking my car for service at all the recommended time periods and also when I think there might be something not working quite right.) What a very pleasant experience. I called made an appointment (the next day), dropped it off and waited for the call that something else major was wrong. That call never came. Instead they told me what was wrong with the brakes (glazing and how to fix it....go to a parking lot, drive and hit the brakes a couple times which should fix the problem....and it did!!) Definitely will take all my future car requirements to Miller Toyota. Thanks Miller Toyota for bringing my faith for mechanics back. I guess they don't feel that just because a woman brings her car in for service it's a blank check for them to use scare and pressure tactics on her.
