Switched last February, initially good service, then sporadic bills, missed 6 months with no bills, they lowered my calculated direct debit going into winter, and have just tripled my DD, because i'm in debt, coming out of winter.... funny thing is, its virtually a similar amount if my DD hadn't been lowered. I have calculated my debt will be gone within 2 months with the new DD, but they will not listen to reason. Am now reporting to the ombudsman.
