I had set my appointment online for Fri July 13 at noon. I arrived at the dealership 10 minutes ahead of schedule but didn't get checked in until roughly 10 after noon due to service advisors being busy. I was told that my service would take a couple of hours. Also note that even though I had this scheduled ahead of time, there was no tech to get started on my car immediately. I left the dealership & returned around 6:45pm just to find out my car was just being worked on. My car basically sat for over 6 hours before being seen. This is unacceptable though I'm grateful that the service manager had given me a discount on my service. There needs to be some sort of checks & balances in place to make sure when customers set online appointments that the techs & service advisors are aware of what is actually on the schedule for the day to prevent over booking.
